1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember things between page loads — for example, that you are part-way through a form.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

We set a single session cookie (PHPSESSID). It keeps your form progress and the security token that protects our forms from cross-site request forgery. Without it, the onboarding and contact forms cannot work. It expires when you close your browser.

Third-party requests

This site loads a small number of resources from third parties:

Google Fonts — typefaces used across the site.
Cloudflare (cdnjs) — the icon font.
Unsplash — placeholder photography, pending our own property images.

These providers receive your IP address in order to serve the file. They are not used to track you across sites on our behalf, and we set no advertising cookies.

Analytics and advertising

We currently set no analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes we will update this page and ask for your consent first.

3. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent our forms from submitting, since the security token cannot be verified.

4. Changes

We will revise this policy whenever our use of cookies changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
