How You Earn
Paid twice on every host you bring
Activation Bonus
Paid once a host you referred completes verification and publishes their first live, bookable listing. Settled within 14 days.
Booking Override
A share of the 10% service commission PolyHomes earns on every booking that host takes — paid monthly for 12 months from the day their first listing goes live.
Monthly floor
If a host’s override for a month works out below the floor, you are paid the floor instead. An active host never earns you nothing.
